Plans for two homes on green belt land close to Premier Inn refused
Cheshire East’s planning officers had recommended the northern planning committee grant ‘permission in principle’ for the site, which is between Racecourse Road and Greaves Road, Wilmslow, on the grounds it met the recently introduced grey belt criteria.
